1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Veltrices website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Veltrices' website for personal, non-commercial viewing only. Under this license, you may not:

Veltrices shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon full payment, you own all custom designs and developments created for your project. Veltrices retains the right to display completed work as portfolio samples unless confidentiality is agreed upon in writing. You may not claim Veltrices' pre-existing tools or components as your original creation.

7. Payment Terms

Payment must be received before project delivery unless otherwise agreed. Invoices are due within the timeframe specified in your proposal. Late payments may result in suspension of services or collection proceedings. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope will be charged at our standard hourly rate.

8. Project Timeline & Modifications

Timelines are estimates based on agreed scope. Changes by the client, additional requests, or delays in feedback may extend timelines. Veltrices is not liable for delays beyond our control. Major scope changes require revised proposals and timelines.

9. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding proprietary information shared during engagement. This does not prevent Veltrices from displaying completed work as portfolio samples unless explicitly confidential in the service agreement.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Sylhet, Bangladesh for any disputes arising from these terms.
